What does a website cost at NewEra Solutions?
We deliberately don't quote flat rates, because every project has different functions, requirements and technical foundations. After an initial conversation we create an architecture plan that sets out exactly what will be built — and from that comes a fixed price.
Why are you more affordable than other agencies?
We work with targeted AI automation from the ground up, which makes us 2-3x faster than traditional agencies — and we pass that efficiency straight on. Websites with us are often up to 50% more affordable, without compromising on quality or AI costs.
Can the price change during the project?
No. The price set out in the quote is fixed, no matter how many obstacles have to be solved along the way. It only changes if you request additional functions that go beyond the original architecture plan.

How does a project work with you?
Three steps: a conversation (what's needed — goals, functions, scope), the architecture plan (a concrete plan of what will be built), and the quote (a fixed price based on that plan).
How long does it take to build a website?
That depends on the scope — a clear presence site is ready considerably faster than a system with an admin panel, automations and several languages. The architecture plan sets out what will be built before the project starts, and the timeframe follows from that.
After Launch — Maintenance, Control, Ownership
Do I have to contact you for every small change?
No. You get your own admin panel that lets you edit texts, images and content yourself at any time — with no monthly maintenance fees and no extra charge for every little thing.
Is there a maintenance subscription?
No. We deliberately do this differently from many agencies: no mandatory maintenance subscriptions, no hidden follow-up costs.
What happens if there's an error on my website?
We fix it free of charge and immediately. In most cases we know about it before you do: our systems report errors automatically the moment they occur.
Does the website belong to me afterwards?
Yes, entirely. The code, the domain and the hosting are yours — with no dependency on us.
AI & Technology
Does it still make sense to have a website built by an agency — or can I just do it myself with AI?
Technically, you can. Anyone with real knowledge of code, hosting and security will get far with today's tools. Without that background, however, security gaps, messy database structures and performance issues appear quickly — in places you can't see from the outside. Particularly once payments are involved. For a simple landing page, the cost with us is low enough that the professional route is worth it in most cases. And the more your website is meant to do — be found reliably, load fast, run securely, connect to your processes — the clearer the difference becomes.
Why do you rely so heavily on AI?
We've used AI tools deliberately and in combination since the very beginning of this technology, which means we know possibilities that many other agencies aren't using yet. On top of that, AI-driven workflows run fully automated in the background and notify us about relevant new tools.
Can my website actively work with customers itself (chatbots, automation)?
Yes — where it makes sense, we integrate active AI automation (agentic AI) directly into the website: automatic pre-qualification of enquiries, customer service around the clock, automated processes.
Languages & International Clients
Do you also build multilingual websites?
Yes, in any officially recognised language. German, English, Italian, French and Spanish are part of our standard repertoire, but any language you need is possible. You decide how many languages your website gets — each additional language is part of the architecture plan and therefore of the fixed price.
Do you also work with clients outside Switzerland?
Yes, we work internationally.
SEO & Visibility
Will my website be found on Google?
Every website we build gets a solid technical SEO foundation. From there it can be developed as far as you like — up to a fully worked-out SEO and GEO strategy for visibility both on Google and in AI search engines such as ChatGPT. How far we go is something we define together in the architecture plan.
